Treesdale

Welcome to Treesdale

For over 26 years, Treesdale has been more than just a community—it's been my home. Located just north of Pittsburgh, this premier Western Pennsylvania destination is set on 1,400 acres of beautiful, rolling hills. I can tell you firsthand that the variety of housing options here truly offers something for everyone, ranging from entry-level homes to the incredible custom and estate properties I’ve watched rise over the decades.

The heart of the community is undoubtedly the Treesdale Golf and Country Club, featuring the spectacular 27-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course. And for those of us who enjoy more than just golf, the amenities at The Commons are simply unmatched. My family and I have enjoyed countless hours utilizing the heated swimming pool, tennis, basketball, pickleball, and volleyball courts, soccer and baseball fields, and the beautifully lighted walking paths. The Commons is truly the social hub, hosting everything from fitness classes and swim lessons to our wonderful community-wide gatherings.

When it comes to location, Treesdale is incredibly convenient. Being just minutes from both Interstate 79 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike means you can get to downtown Pittsburgh in about 25 minutes. And for daily needs and great shopping, the incredible growth of Cranberry Township—just 10 minutes away—puts everything you need right at your fingertips.
